1. Shipping methods and delivery countries
We currently ship to the following countries as standard:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden (other countries on request).
Shipping is carried out via our logistics partners (e.g. DHL, DPD, Hermes, UPS – depending on region and availability).
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process.
The following flat rates apply as standard:
Germany: €4.90
Netherlands: €5.00
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Austria, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus: €9.90
Sweden & Portugal: 15,00€
Spain: 11,00€
Free shipping for orders over 50 €
3. Delivery time
Delivery times are – unless otherwise stated:
Germany & Netherlands: 2–4 working days
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden: 3–8 working days
Please note: No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
4. Shipping to packing stations
Shipping to DHL Packstations is possible within Germany. Please provide your postal code and Packstation number correctly.
5. Partial deliveries
If not all items are in stock, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries. This will not incur any additional shipping costs.
6. Customs and import duties
For deliveries to non-EU countries (e.g., Switzerland), customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These are to be borne by the buyer and are not included in our shipping costs.
7. Shipment tracking
After shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link so you can view the status of your delivery at any time.
