Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is available domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Netherlands, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary, Monaco.

Shipping Costs (due to the small business regulation according to § 19 UStG without sales tax)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.95 per order. For orders over €50.00, shipping is free.


International deliveries:

We charge international shipping costs as follows:

Netherlands: €4.95

Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus: €9.50
 

For orders over €50.00, international shipping is free.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, domestic delivery (Germany) of goods takes place within 3 - 7 working days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 10 working days after conclusion of contract (if advance payment is agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
