Order
Yes. You can order as a guest as usual.
If you contact us immediately after placing the order, we will be happy to check whether an adjustment is still possible. Please write to us at service@soulamour.de and state your order number.
Please check your spam/junk folder first. If there's nothing there, write to us at service@soulamour.de (preferably with your name and the time of the order).
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to selected countries within the EU. You can see if your country is available in the checkout once you enter your delivery address.
You can find the current shipping costs and estimated delivery times in the checkout and on the "Payment & Shipping" page.
Once a shipment is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link or tracking number, if available.
If items are shipped from different warehouses, partial deliveries may occur. You will be informed by email as soon as individual shipments are dispatched.
Depending on the country of delivery, additional duties may be incurred upon import. If you are unsure, please contact us – we will help you better assess the status of your shipment.
Important: We deliberately do not advertise "insured shipping" in our texts to avoid creating false impressions.
Products & Care

If you are prone to intolerances, please check the material information for the product and, if in doubt, contact us before purchasing – we will be happy to help you.
To keep your jewelry beautiful for a long time:
- Avoid contact with water, perfume, creams, and cleaning agents.
- It's best to remove jewelry when exercising, showering, or sleeping.
- Store it dry and separately (e.g., in a pouch/case).
- Clean it gently with a soft, dry cloth.
If the product has a size option, follow the size selection in the shop. If you are between two sizes: It's better to choose the larger one. If you like, tell us briefly which product you are interested in – then we will give you a specific recommendation.
If you specify a different delivery address, we can deliver directly to the desired person. If you would like a personal message, please contact us shortly after ordering at service@soulamour.de
Returns & Refunds
All information on returns and cancellations can be found in our cancellation policy .
This is regulated in the right of withdrawal information. Please refer to this section to ensure clarity.
Once your return has arrived and been inspected, the refund will be initiated. The time it takes for the credit to appear then depends on your payment method.
The easiest way is to return the item as described in the cancellation policy and then place a new order for the correct version.
Vouchers & Discounts
In the checkout, you will find a field for discount/voucher codes. Enter the code → confirm → the discount will be displayed immediately.
Whether discounts can be combined depends on the specific promotion and will be displayed at checkout.
