Shipping conditions

1. Shipping methods and delivery countries

We currently ship to the following countries by default:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus (other countries on request).
Shipping is handled by our logistics partners (e.g. DHL, DPD, Hermes, UPS – depending on the region and availability).

2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process.
The following flat rates apply by default:

Germany: €4.95

Netherlands: €5.00

Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Austria, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus: €9.90

Sweden & Portugal: €15.00

Spain: €11.00

Free shipping on orders over €50

3. Delivery time

Unless otherwise stated, delivery times are as follows:

Germany & Netherlands: 2–4 working days

Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus: 3–8 working days

Please note: There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

4. Shipping to parcel lockers

Shipping to DHL Packstations is possible within Germany. Please enter your post number and Packstation number correctly.

5. Partial deliveries

If not all items are in stock, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries. You will not incur any additional shipping costs as a result.

6. Customs and import duties

For deliveries to non-EU countries (e.g., Switzerland), customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These are to be borne by the buyer and are not included in our shipping costs.

7. Shipment tracking

After shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link, so you can check the status of your delivery at any time.

8. Problems with delivery

If your package has not arrived after 7 working days (Germany) or 14 working days (international), please contact our customer service at:
