Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
We usually ship your order within 1–3 business days. Within Germany, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. International shipping times may vary by country.

How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on your delivery destination and the weight of your order. For orders over €50 within Germany, shipping is free of charge. For international orders, the applicable fees will be shown at checkout.

Can I change my delivery address afterwards?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us via email so we can update the address. Unfortunately, once the package has been dispatched, changes are no longer possible.

Which shipping providers do you use?
We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure fast and secure delivery. The specific provider depends on your region and will be indicated on your shipping confirmation.

Returns & Warranty

Can I return or exchange items?
Yes. You have the right to return your order within the statutory period (in Germany usually 14 days) without giving a reason. We will then arrange a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are usually covered by the customer, unless the item was faulty or damaged.

What should I do if my jewelry arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
We place great value on high-quality materials and craftsmanship. We provide a warranty for material and manufacturing defects in accordance with statutory provisions. This does not cover damage caused by improper use.

Which materials do you use?

How should I care for my fashion jewelry?
To keep your jewelry beautiful for a long time:

Avoid contact with water, perfume, and chemicals

Clean with a soft cloth after wearing

Store in a dry place, ideally in a jewelry box or pouch

Will the jewelry tarnish?
With proper care and under normal conditions, your jewelry should not tarnish. However, excessive moisture, direct contact with perfume, or sweat may affect it.
